A Spontanious Night with the Ladies

Me, Elizabeth,Amanda,Misty

Okay so I have to start by saying this never happens!!!! None of these girls are drinkers, in fact I don't believe that I have ever even seen Amanda drink. It just so happens that she visited The Keg (a delicious restaurant in chandler) a few days ago and came across the "martini." Sound familiar Jamie????? It seems a little odd that of all the drinks that taste good to those of you that don't like the taste of liquor, it is a martini!!! Anyway Amanda lit a fire under the girls and decided we needed to get out, away from the hubby's, children, and every other responsibility we had that night. It was time to let loose. We ended up going to TGIF. I really don't think I have laughed that hard in a quite some time!
Thanks ladies it was much needed!!!!

Cory, that is great that you got a ladies night out! You deserve it. Hope it is not so long before your next one. Have a great day!

Hey, Cory, before I even read the blog I knew where you went because I recognized the red and white tablecloth! Grandma and I used to hang out at TGIF in our younger days. There was one back then on I-17 around Peoria and one in Scottsdale where the Galleria used to be. They may still be there but I never haunt those areas anymore. But we loved TGIF. I'm more of a McDonald's haunter now for their Crispy Snack Wrap with Chipotle Sauce! Glad you got out with the girls. I've bever tasted a martini! In my younger days I was a Margarita, Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, Brandy Alexander and Stinger freak...a drink called A Screaming Orgasm wasn't bad either but you had to endure a lot of razzing when you ordered it!! I like the pictures. My type of gals!! GG

Martini you say? One time when I was in Virginia, we went to one of George Washington's hangouts and I ordered a Mint Julep because I had heard of the southern ladies sitting on their verandas sipping mint juleps! Well, it was the worst drink I had ever had in my life! It tasted like pure bourbon with a mint leaf! My aunt said I got tipsy - I don't recall that part!! I'm glad you had a good time. Laughter relieves stress.

Cory and Matt,
Brody is a doll and they DO grow-up faster than you can comprehend. Enjoy every minute!
